The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MIG and TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel and bronze materials. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and bronze components. • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings. • Operate various tools and equipment such as grinders, torches, and weldinging machines. • Assemble fabricated parts using measuring tools and jigs to ensure accuracy. • Perform quality checks and inspections on welds and finished components. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily goals. Skills and Qualifications: • 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience, preferably working with stainless steel and bronze. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Familiarity with various hand tools, grinders, and fabrication machinery. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Welding certifications a plus but not required. • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively without supervision.
