Production Welder

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Keene, NH to hire additional experienced Production Welders on 1st shift! • **This is a Direct Hire opportunity*** Pay: $20-$30 an hour depending on experience Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday (OT Available) Job Overview: Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Welders and Metal Fabricator's to join their production team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MIG and TIG welding, particularly with stainless steel and bronze materials. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and bronze components. • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings. • Operate various tools and equipment such as grinders, torches, and weldinging machines. • Assemble fabricated parts using measuring tools and jigs to ensure accuracy. • Perform quality checks and inspections on welds and finished components. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily goals. Skills and Qualifications: • 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience, preferably working with stainless steel and bronze. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Familiarity with various hand tools, grinders, and fabrication machinery. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Welding certifications a plus but not required. • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively without supervision. MIG/TIG Welder
