The ideal candidates will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities • Fabrication: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements and fabrication methods. • Welding: Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to assemble and repair metal parts and structures. • Preparation: Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly prepared and maintained. • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments to maintain precision. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning. • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
