Job Description Summary: Welding Specialist will be perform welding and metal fabrication tasks to repair broken or damaged attachments, such as frame, buckets, arms, using both MIGG and TIG welding techniques. Technician will use Anderson’s systems to document work orders, track progress of repairs. Focus on safety protocols and regulations must be maintained at all times. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent with a two year Technical degree or comparable military training; • Minimum of 3+ years work experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance; • Proficiency with computers and diagnostic programs provided by manufacturers.
