Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring that all welding work meets industry standards and specifications. Responsibilities • Perform MIG, Stick and FCAW welding on various materials • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively. • Conduct fabrication tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components. • Operate forklifts to move materials as needed on the construction site. • * • Engage in rigging activities as required for lifting heavy components safely. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience • Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is preferred. • Proficiency in MIG welding, Stick, FCAW, and other welding techniques is essential. • Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to machining and assembly processes is advantageous. • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material requirements. • Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in Harrison, AR 72601
