Requirements Experience: Minimum 1+ years in welding/fitting in a steel fabrication setting. Skills: Proficiency in Flux Core (FCAW) welding. Blueprint Reading: Must be able to read shop drawings and welding symbols. Tools & Equipment: Experience using grinders, saws, torches, and measuring tools. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fabrication shop environment.
