Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Welder to join CDR Industrial Maintenanc, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components according to specifications. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Welder will utilize power tools and equipment to ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and codes. Duties • Fabricate metal components using welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. • Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping metal materials. • Perform plasma cutting to create precise cuts in various materials. • Build and assemble metal structures according to blueprints and specifications. • Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy in dimensions. • Conduct pipe threading as required for specific projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use. • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to industry codes and standards while working on construction sites. Requirements • Proven experience as a Welder with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes. • Familiarity with operating power tools and machinery relevant to welding tasks. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the welding industry. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with welding duties. • Certification in welding or related fields is preferred but not required.
