Key Responsibilities • Operate and set up machining equipment (e.g., lathes, mills) to produce precision parts to exact specifications. • Perform TIG welding on various materials, with a focus on aluminum, ensuring strong, clean, and precise welds. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to execute machining and welding tasks. • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with tolerances and quality standards. • Maintain and troubleshoot machining and welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet project deadlines. • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
