Welder/ Fabricator

C&C Disposal is a locally owned waste management and recycling company in Pueblo, Co. We have been in business for 20 years and are looking to add new experienced welder/fabricator to our team. Job description: • Proficient in various welding techniques. • Strong knowledge of welding principles, techniques, and materials. • Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties. • Repair, fabrication and refurbishment of the company fleet and inventory. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time. • Dependability with a strong work ethic. This is an essential business. Previous experience with waste management a plus. Applicants must have previous experience with welding and fabrication. You will be working on various projects consisting of equipment, trailers, and other types of material. Job Profile The company is hiring a Mechanic Welder who will be well qualified in the field of the heavy steel plate and steel casting weld repairs, working individually under the direction of a Maintenance supervisor.
