Paint & Construction Services Division Our paint and constructions services division completes about 250 projects annually. Project scopes include interior and exterior painting, stucco and stone installation and repair, carpentry and drywall services, amongst others. Our clients are commercial property owners and managers across Colorado and across a wide variety of sectors. Job Summary: The MIG Welder/Fabricator will be in charge of making ornamental iron fabrications, light structural fabrication and repair. Duties/Responsibilities: • This position will be doing ornamental iron fabrication, light structural fabrication, and repairs. • Ensure that clients’ needs are met throughout the execution of the project. • Communicate with clients, project managers and team during projects. Required Skills/Abilities: • Good verbal and written English communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • knowledge and experience with MIG welding. • Knowledge and experience of OXY-Fuel cutting and stick welding. Education and Experience: • Completed vocational training at a Technical College for welding technology. • At least 3-5 years of welding experience or apprenticeship required. • Colorado Driver's License and a good driving record. • Must have reliable transportation. • English is a must and bilingual Spanish is preferred. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of standing and or moving around construction sites. • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times. • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
