The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required. Wage Ranges from $21.00 - $27.00 per hour, dependent upon experience Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)Weld and assemble metal components relating to construction equipment.Follow and maintain safety protocols and report any issues or incidents.Contribute to company data by accurately tracking and documenting activities.Load and unload cargoEffectively communicate with supervisors and colleagues.Assist managers on the development and maintenance of job descriptions for all positions.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and alignment with best practices by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.Partner with managers on strategic workforce planning, employee development and learning initiatives.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Education/ExperienceHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Driver License required 1-2 years of experience as welder/fabricatorExperience in a building materials/construction industry preferred.Work RequirementsMust be 18 years in age or older.
