Essential Functions • Construction work for the installation of a solar field. • Ensure first time quality and standards in all facets of your work. • Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts. • Supporting the equipment operators in the unloading of various solar supplies that are 50-75lbs each. • Moving materials around the site. • Working with the various crews to ensure all solar supplies are laid out in the correct areas. • Assist with installation of solar panels, utilizing hand and power tools. • Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts. • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications • No experience necessary will train! • Can do attitude and a willingness to learn. • Reliable transportation and ability to show up on time prepared to work. • Must possess strong attention to detail. • Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety. • Position is subject to pre-employment screening, which will include drug testing. • All standard personal protective equipment (PPE) will be distributed on site, this includes a hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses and gloves. • Steel toed/composite toed boots required. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Compensation & Benefits • Salary commensurate with experience with weekly pay. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
