NCW is seeking experienced Licensed Virginia State Electricians that will be tasked to installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems for renewable energy projects, may include solar and battery storage. In addition to working with inverters, wiring, solar panels, and other electrical components, installing and maintaining Battery Energy Storage Systems(BESS) as well as troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions while ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards (NEC). Reciprocating licenses from Alabama, Kentucky, Maryland, West Virginia and North Carolina will be considered, however the VA Journeyman License must be in hand prior to the required start date. Per diem is available for this position. NCW is a National renewable energy organization with long term work available.
