Overview We are seeking a skilled, safety-minded Solar Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with both mechanical and electrical scopes of solar installation, working efficiently as part of a crew to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solar arrays. This role involves outdoor work in a variety of conditions, including rooftops and ground-mount sites, and requires a strong work ethic, positive mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Key Responsibilities • Install solar racking, modules, and balance-of-system components for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. • Perform electrical work including conduit installation, wire pulling, and terminations. • Perform basic labor such as trench digging and site cleanup. • Maintain high workmanship standards, ensuring all work meets NEC and project specifications. • Operate power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. • Follow safety protocols, including fall protection and proper use of ladders and PPE. • Troubleshoot basic electrical or mechanical issues under guidance from site leads or electricians. • Keep work areas organized and contribute to efficient material staging and cleanup. • Support site leads and electricians in achieving daily production goals. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Qualifications Required: • Previous solar installation or related construction experience (mechanical and/or electrical). • Familiarity with conduit routing, racking installation, and wiring best practices. • Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions. • Proficiency with common hand and power tools. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions. Preferred: • Experience in both mechanical and electrical scopes of solar installation. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. • NCCER, NABCEP, or other industry-related credentials. Director of Investments - DG and Commercial Solar (Washington)

Director of Investments Location: New York, NY | Washington, DC | Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Overview We are seeking a Director of Investments to join the Investments team at a leading renewable energy company specializing in distributed generation and commercial solar. This individual will play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and executing investments across solar and storage assets, managing relationships with key financing partners, and guiding projects from development through commercial operation. This role replaces a long-standing team member and represents an opportunity to join an established platform with a strong balance sheet, active project pipeline, and direct access to capital. The ideal candidate brings handson experience in tax equity, debt, and project finance, coupled with a passion for accelerating the cleanenergy transition. Key Responsibilities • Lead evaluation, pricing, structuring, and negotiation of solar and storage investments, including M&A, project finance, and structured transactions. • Oversee full investment lifecycle: due diligence, termsheet negotiation, modeling, Investment Committee materials, and transaction closing. • Develop and maintain financial models that inform investment decisions, incorporating tax equity, debt, and sponsor returns. • Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Engineering, PreConstruction, Asset Management, Legal, and Finance) to ensure alignment across deal execution and project delivery. • Manage relationships with external financiers, tax equity investors, lenders, and developers. • Support capitalraising initiatives and optimize capital deployment strategies across the portfolio. • Mentor and guide investment associates and analysts, fostering technical growth and professional development. • Provide market and policy insights to inform investment strategy and risk assessment. Qualifications • 710+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance, investments, or infrastructure finance. • Deep understanding of tax equity and debt financing structures for solar and storage assets. • Experience working with distributed generation, community solar, and/or C&I project portfolios. • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation of renewable energy projects. • Proven track record of closing transactions and coordinating across technical, legal, and financial functions. • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • Strong communication and relationshipmanagement skills; ability to work crossfunctionally and externally with investors and developers.
