As part of a team, you will retrofit outdated lighting systems to energy-efficient LEDs or help the crew with solar installation on roofs and ground mounts. You will be part of the crew responsible for installation of all necessary equipment including new lighting fixtures, racking, solar panels, and any associated equipment. Responsibilities may include: • Assist with the installation of solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties from start to finish • Install solar panels, racking systems, and other associated equipment on residential and commercial properties, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
