Regional O&M Manager, Electrical Focus (Utility-Scale Solar)

As a subsidiary of a publicly traded Israeli clean energy firm with over 1GW commissioned and a 7GW pipeline globally, the company is shaping the future of sustainable power in the U.S. and beyond. We are hiring an electrician with experience in operating a team of technicians for the O&M department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise the O&M activities for renewable energy projects within the assigned region. • Locate and solve electrical problems as quickly as possible. • Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of electrical systems and equipment. downtime • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize and maximize efficiency. • Monitor and report on the performance of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Proven experience in electrical and management, preferably in the renewable energy sector. • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and maintenance practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Work Location, Remote Work, and Travel: • This position will be based in the Arlington, VA. Travel may be required throughout Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region up to 25% of time
