Our plant offers a variety of jobs, including raw materials operators, finishing operators, warehouse operators, etc. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule in a continuous operation environment. You may be required to work overtime, holidays and weekends based on the schedule. Shift Technician: The primary focus of the Shift Technician would be to support the manufacturing processes, activities and drive process control and improve operational excellence in the areas that support the process. This position will assist the team leaders and operators in this area. This position will provide the shift with a critical link between the operations team, the technical team, maintenance team, and quality team. In this role, you will provide manufacturing support for the manufacturing process and manage cost reduction, controls improvement and capacity projects. Cell Leader: The Cell Leader leads operations within a solar manufacturing facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in slicing processes, and a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. The individual will lead a team of technicians and operators to ensure efficient operation of equipment, adherence to production schedules, and continuous improvement of processes to meet quality and cost targets. The work environment for a general production employee in manufacturing may involve exposure to various elements such as noise, dust, and chemicals. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and adherence to safety protocols is of the upmost importance. Roles work on a Rotational shift schedule. Minimum Qualifications (will vary by specific role): • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED. • Manufacturing experience, working with and troubleshooting process equipment OR a 2 year technical degree • Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Ability to lift, bend, squat, wear a respirator/mask, and dress in proper personal protective equipment throughout the shift. • Reliable transportation is required. Desired Qualifications (will vary by specific role): • Experienced in electrical system troubleshooting, including low and medium voltage systems, PLCs, temperature controls safety systems, etc. • Experience with mechanical system troubleshooting, including pneumatic controls, flow control, material handling, etc. • Knowledge of induction furnace heating and troubleshooting. • Experience with solar and/or wafer manufacturing strongly preferred. This position does not support immigration sponsorship. Production Associate: The range for this position is $20.00 hourly rate - $23.13 hourly rate. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Journeyman Electrician (Solar C&I)-4 yrs exp req

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our C&I solar construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and industrial solar installations including low voltage electrical systems, with an ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Journeyperson Electrician will lead a team and be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. Job locations are typically in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland (Anne Arundel, PGsC, Montgomery, etc). Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in both roof and ground mount solar installations. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of solar systems. • Use power tools and hand tools effectively for various electrical tasks. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations including LOTO. • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functionality. • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices or less experienced electricians.
