Must have at least 1 year of solar, electrical or general service experience. A professional attitude is a must. Pay: $20-$25 Compensation is based on experience. After 90 days of employment, you’ll be eligible for our performance-based bonus program and a review that may include a potential pay increase. Requirements: • Safety is a must! This role requires knowledge of safety protocols and work practices in accordance with OSHA, NFPA, state, and local codes to ensure high safety standards during all phases of the installation • Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience (Solar, Electrical or Service) • Solar Photovoltaic NABCEP® Entry Level Exam preferred • Understanding electrical systems • Familiarity with blueprints and system drawings • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.) • Comfortable working on elevated surfaces, must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops, and able to work on your feet for long periods of time • OSHA certification preferred • Refined customer service mentality • Positive 'can-do’ attitude • Problem-solving skills • Reliable, honest, and hardworking • Basic computer skills • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to pass a background screening • Interest in renewable energy technologies Responsibilities • Assure compliance to all safety requirements • Assist Service Team with installation scheduling, timelines and results • Ensure customer satisfaction by setting and managing expectations using clear and concise communication, and delivery of sound and efficient installations • Provide solar troubleshooting support as needed • Work with manufacturers, suppliers for troubleshooting support needs • Maintain good working relationships with inspectors and utilities • The ability to repeatedly lift large and heavy objects, often while climbing ladder/s and other equipment.
