The position of Solar Technician is responsible to maintain, troubleshoot, test, repair, and install equipment in accordance with established standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar power plants in accordance with established standards and procedures; always maintains safety and professionalism • Troubleshoot system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner • Provide a working knowledge of troubleshooting electrical components with help and use of digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment. Job Title: Lead Field Service Technician - Solar Location: El Campo, TX Summary: The Lead Technician will lead a team of Field Service Technicians with operating and maintaining utility scale solar facilities. This work includes preventative and corrective maintenance of on-site assets such as solar panels, trackers, power inverters, and substation components.
