Salary Range : The full pay range for this role is $118,400 to $197,300 annually. The target range for this position is $134,000 to $165,795 annually. We generally base our salary decisions on factors such as internal equity, candidate work and/leadership experience, educational credentials, and in some cases, candidate work location. Scope of Job The Associate Director - Maintenance and Operations oversees multiple, highly variable projects that combine complexities of contract types (Full Service, Cost Plus, ex), geographies, technologies (Solar/Wind/Storage), and various OEMs. This individual will contribute/lead projects across regions in EDFps interest and oversee multiple sites within a region, ensuring regional goals are met, sharing best practices across sites, and aligning regional operations with corporate strategy. Responsibilities • Regional Tactics : Ensures execution of regional protocols and procedures, with the intent to meet company objectives year-over-year and accommodate growth of new projects. • Team Leadership : Provide for highly effective hiring, development and support of site leadership and regional support roles. Ensures a safe culture across the EDFps organization while leading and coaching operations teams. Reallocate resources across the region as required. • Performance & Risk Management : Oversee safe operations for varied / complex renewable asset sites, contract types and associated service strategies. Conceive and execute initiatives to both optimize performance and mitigate risk. • Contract & Regulatory Mastery : Thorough understanding of contracts’ language, compliance requirements, the various impacts of interpretation, their intent and history. Wind Farm Technician Associate

**RWE Clean Energy, LLC** • *To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent** • *Functional area:** Operations & Maintenance • *Remuneration:** Non-Exempt The **Wind Farm Technician Associate** is responsible for supporting the overall operations and maintenance of one or more wind farms and all related facilities to assure safety and maximize availability in accordance with the Operations mission. This role is responsible for the safe execution of scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities, training, and safety exercises. This job also maintains accountability and readiness of plant tools, equipment, and vehicles; provides technical guidance to the O&M team; tracks and maintains records of service activities both scheduled and unscheduled through the digital maintenance management system; and helps maintain the work ethic and culture of the plant O&M team. • *Role Responsibilities:** + Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems with a solid foundation in theory of operation is required + Read, interpret, and follow electrical, mechanical, & hydraulic circuit drawings + Safety- always Promote safety for all + Identify energy isolation points and implement LOTO for protection + Thorough knowledge of electromechanical relays, hydraulic accumulators, linear transducers, and electrical motors + Knowledge of computer network communication protocol and theory of operation is desired + Good communication skills and must value being part of a team + Initiative - Able to work with minimum supervision and make decisions for all issues related to his/her discipline(s) with limited and/or available information • *Job Requirements and Experience:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in sciences or related field from an accredited school preferred + A?minimum of 2 years of work experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission, and/or distribution + Alternatively, 2 or 4-year college degree from an accredited school (other than correspondence or online) in a technical science like engineering, physics, power, or closely similar; current journeyman or master electrician license + Previous experience on the Vestas V100 platform is preferred • *Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to maintain a personal weight limitation of 270 lbs. + Must be able to sit, walk or stand for a long duration of time + Must be able to climb wind towers daily.
