PV Solar Technician

ACCIONA Energía, North America, is seeking a PV Solar Technician to support operations at our Union Solar Farm, Ohio. This role is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting solar energy systems to ensure their safe, reliable, and efficient performance. Key responsibilities include: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PV systems, inverters, and battery storage equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues while following strict safety protocols. • Conduct site inspections, safety analyses, and participate in safety training and emergency drills. • Support inventory control, documentation, and warranty tracking for replacement parts. • Operate and maintain electrical equipment up to 345kV, including performing lock-out/tag-out procedures. • Communicate effectively with the operations center and cross-functional teams to resolve issues. • Assist with new installations, commissioning, and project-based site work. • Other responsibilities as assigned. About you: You’re a safety-focused technician with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, especially within renewable energy environments. You’re self-motivated, adaptable to changing weather and working conditions, and take pride in keeping solar operations running smoothly and efficiently. • 2 years of directly related experience. • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or journeyman certification preferred • Knowledge of electrical theory, power electronics, substation equipment, and control systems • Familiarity with tools, electrical test equipment, and safety procedures • Ability to read schematics, one-line, and wiring diagrams • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a U.S. passport • Willingness to travel and work night shifts or extended hours as needed What We Offer: At ACCIONA Energía, we’re building a more sustainable future—and our team is the key. Solar Technician - Full-time

Solar Technician Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Solar Technician to join our project in El Campo, TX. Renewable Energy Technicians who carry the same responsibilities as solar technicians but also are specifically assigned a group of (utility) assets. They hold extensive familiarity with their designated sites and are considered the subject matter expert on all things relating to those facilities. Solar/BESS Technician

Solar/BESS Technician Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Solar/BESS Technician to join our growing team in El Campo, TX. Our Solar/BESS Technician will assist in working on utility-scale solar farms that consist of dealing with Samsung batteries, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performing electrical repairs. We deliver technical solutions that help our customers transition to the grid of the future – Renewable Energy.
