What You Bring • 2+ years leading teams in solar or renewable energy sales strongly preferred (but exceptional leaders from other high-performance sales environments considered). • No existing team? Bringing a team is a bonus. • Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding aggressive sales targets. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to rally a team and captivate a room. • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical chops. • Genuine passion for clean energy and creating a sustainable future. • Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. • Reliable transportation and willingness to be out in the field.
