Overview The Installer position is a critical member of a solar installation construction team and is responsible for working in partnership with the Foreperson and Lead Installer to complete residential solar installation projects. As Sunrun continues to help build a more sustainable future, this position is best suited for someone passionate about solar installation, field safety and working with others. Responsibilities/The Impact • Ensure personal, crew and job site safety at all times and participates in training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety • Review inventory at loading dock to ensure assigned crew truck is stocked adequately • Complete layout and assemble solar modules, the racking, mechanical and structural mounts, electrical equipment and tools in preparation of installation as specified in the project plan • Apply weather sealing to roofing structure, building or support mechanisms • Perform project clean up including client site and installation vehicle to ensure a clean and orderly job site and work environment Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful • Previous solar, construction or military experience preferred but not required • Adheres to company safety policies and procedures including ability to identify and report safety hazards, and the ability to encourage others to work safely • Ability to get along with customers and coworkers in a courteous and professional manner • Shown ability to meet due dates, metrics and impact results both individually and as a phenomenal teammate in a fast paced, team based environment. Solar Technician

Solar Technician Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Solar Technician to join our project in El Campo, TX. Renewable Energy Technicians who carry the same responsibilities as solar technicians but also are specifically assigned a group of (utility) assets. They hold extensive familiarity with their designated sites and are considered the subject matter expert on all things relating to those facilities. Here's what we're looking for: • Ownership/accountability of your sites • Keep the sites looking clean and tidy – buildings, vegetation, fences, gates, roads, etc. • Ensure spare parts inventory is organized, up to date, and able to pull from quickly • Ownership of site health and safety including signs, PPE, and documentation • Able to tour around owners/guests as necessary and able to speak to any on-going issues or concerns • Detailed understanding of the technical aspects: • Energization/de-energization procedures • Lock-out, tag out plans • Operations of site-specific PLCs and controls • Understanding and access to latest drawings • Support troubleshooting on all equipment and push to maximize performance/production • Management of all preventive maintenance activities • Bi-weekly / monthly inspections to be completed by you such that you can ensure small jobs are cleaned up over time / can pick up where you left off • Involved in all major PMs i.e. inverters, combiners, helio, substation shutdowns • Aware of all correctives (you may not always be available to fix everything, but you should request to be brought up to speed and have access to the report) Who is Spark Power?
