What are the requirements for this role? • A preference for an active HIS (Home Improvement Salesman) license, though this credential is not obligatory and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in either sales or customer service , demonstrating a proven track record of success in engaging with clients and delivering exceptional service. • Full-time availability with flexible scheduling options, allowing for up to 40 hours of work per week, enabling candidates to tailor their work hours to suit their lifestyle and commitments. • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong interpersonal relationships, with fluency in multiple languages considered a valuable asset that can further enhance the candidate's effectiveness in engaging with a diverse clientele. • Completion of pertinent sales and technician training programs, ensuring that candidates possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in their role and provide expert guidance to clients. • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, maintaining consistency in performance while adapting to evolving priorities and demands. • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation , enabling candidates to travel efficiently and effectively to meet with clients and fulfill job responsibilities.
