This is an innovative roofing system that is a great look, is a roof and gives the right person the opportunity to make a lot of money. We will train the right person, so practice in solar or roofing is not required. You will meet with clients at their home, so a background will be required before hiring. There is broad training via on the job, vendor training videos and working closely with the owner. This job requires you to be organized and understand the basics of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Email. We have templates made up so learning the pricing and specifications of the job are easier to fulfill. There is a lot of interation with the clients and vendors, so good personal expertise and ettiquette are very important. income is a base with bonus structure.
