Description Nautilus Solar Energy's ("NSE") FP&A Associate will be responsible for analyzing revenue and collections impacts on NSE's operating portfolios. They will assist with quarterly reporting, acting as a liaison between CS Operations, NSE Accounting, and FP&A. This position reports to the Director of FP&A. This position is remote, with <10% travel required. • Assist Accounting team and CS Operation Manager with quarterly reporting: • Review data to ensure it is accurate. • Identify and explain variance drivers. • Act as a liaison with Community Solar and other teams within the organization. • Work with Business Operations and Hansen to implement the NetSuite integration for CS Operations • Ensure the correct data flows from Hansen to NetSuite and NetSuite to Hansen • Provide recommendations for improving internal processes and efficiencies • Analysis of Accounts Receivables outstanding and collection rates, bridging variances between generation, billing, and cash collected. • Analyze and propose amounts and adjustments to A/R Uncollectible Reserves on a by-project basis. • Other ad-hoc responsibilities/projects Requirements • College degree: Accounting or Finance majors preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects on different timelines. • Awareness of and interest in renewable energy preferred. • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. • High Proficiency in Excel, with Thinkcell experience preferred. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint • Possess analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively with various levels and functions of the organization. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. Benefits • Competitive Salary: 110,000 - $120,000 • Annual Performance Bonus • Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability) are 100% covered by Nautilus • 401(k) offered with employer match
