This person does not perform fieldwork, but instead acts as the operational lead coordinating vendors, monitoring data, and driving accountability.Key Responsibilities:Solar O&M (Utility-Scale) • Monitor production using SCADA or solar monitoring platforms (e.g., Power Factors, AlsoEnergy, Fluence). • Manage corrective and preventive maintenance via subcontractors and OEM service providers. • Review and approve subcontractor scopes, work orders, and invoices. • Lead performance investigations, root cause analysis, and warranty claim processes. • Track system KPIs (PR, availability, degradation, etc.) and generate executive reports. EV Charging Operations • Monitor uptime and transaction data from EV charging platforms (e.g., ChargePoint, EV Connect, AmpUp, etc.). • Manage subcontractors and OEMs for EVSE maintenance, diagnostics, and site repairs. • Coordinate with network operators and utilities for interconnection and load management. • Ensure adherence to uptime SLAs and support troubleshooting escalations from customer service. • Maintain logs for each site’s hardware, software versioning, and firmware upgrades.
