We spend an average of $3k per person on these trips and anyone that has worked with the company for one (1) full year gets to bring a plus one; that’s $6k spent per employee with them and a plus one!!! Requirements • Must be highly motivated • Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent • At least 6 months experience of Residential Solar installation is required • Personal means of reliable transportation to and from the meeting location • Comfortable with Heights (Rooftop Solar Installation) • Previous experience in roof work, general construction, or carpentry preferred. • Work independently and as a team member with the other crew members and electricians • Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Required • A valid driver's license is Required Duties • Employees must conduct themselves in a professional respectful manner and maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times. • Complete all required documentation, including pictures and reports, and upload them daily • Complete system installation according to Plan Sets and in compliance with established industry code • Maintain a safe work environment for the entire installation team (we follow OSHA regulations) Benefits • Job Type: Full-time • Pay: $25-$35.00 per hour, dependent on experience, role, and amount of responsibility you may take on. • Empower covers 50% of monthly healthcare coverage costs. • We also offer $1000 as a Referral Bonus for every successful person hired!
