This role will be located at a construction site anywhere in the U.S. What You Will Do • Be knowledgeable and current on all internal Koch/DEPCOM EHS Standards and relevant state and federal environmental law. • Assist team with facilitating Safety & Health training for employees, contractors, etc., as required and needed. • Aid incident investigations, root cause analysis, and determining corrective actions to prevent incident recurrence and makes recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions. • Foster an EHS environment of collaboration and active participation with all employees. • Conduct walk-through inspections of field job sites to identify and eliminate hazardous conditions and unsafe acts performed by employees. • Assist with managing site risks including facilitating risk assessments, job safety analyses, JHA reviews and PPE assessments. • Provide appropriate care and support for onsite injuries within standard of care. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Current CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent credential. • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent communication skills. What Will Put You Ahead • Prior experience with Site Safety. • Construction industry experience. • State Certification for EMT or Paramedic or National EMT certification, (NREMT).
