Follow up with technicians as needed. • Regularly check in with lead installers to track job progress and estimated completion times. • Communication and Customer Service: • Respond promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Proactively address potential issues to prevent escalation, providing solutions before they become major problems. • Follow up with customers post-job completion to provide five-star service, reinforce value, and request online reviews. • Collect outstanding payments that were not secured on-site during the installation.
