What You’ll Be Doing Job Coordination and Scheduling: • Schedule and facilitate job completion to ensure timely service delivery. • Dispatch installers by matching the right installer to the right job, leveraging knowledge of their strengths and areas for development. • Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule sold jobs in Service Titan promptly. • Review calls to confirm that necessary pictures, install checklists, scope summaries, and install videos are uploaded before scheduling. Follow up with technicians as needed. • Regularly check in with lead installers to track job progress and estimated completion times. • Communication and Customer Service: • Respond promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Proactively address potential issues to prevent escalation, providing solutions before they become major problems. • Follow up with customers post-job completion to provide five-star service, reinforce value, and request online reviews. • Collect outstanding payments that were not secured on-site during the installation. Quality Control and On-Site Support: • Conduct job site visits to assess work quality and address any needs of the install crew or customer. • Provide necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and other resources to installation teams.
