What You’ll Be Doing Installation: • Measuring, cutting, and threading pipes according to specifications • Installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures like toilets, sinks, showers, and faucets • Connecting plumbing fixtures to the piping system • Installing water heaters and garbage disposals • Installing sewer lines and vents Maintenance and Repair: • Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and low water pressure • Repairing broken pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components • Cleaning drains and removing obstructions • Performing preventative maintenance checks on plumbing systems Other duties: • Reading blueprints and construction plans to understand plumbing layouts • Estimating materials and labor costs for projects • Adhering to local building codes and safety regulations • Maintaining a clean and organized work area • Communicating with clients and providing customer service • Operating and maintaining plumbing tools and equipment • Collect payment upon job completion • Utilize AI technology to review and analyze sales calls, identifying opportunities to improve techniques and increase close rates The Hiring Process We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person.
