What You’ll Be Doing Job Coordination and Scheduling: • Schedule and facilitate job completion to ensure timely service delivery. • Dispatch installers by matching the right installer to the right job, leveraging knowledge of their strengths and areas for development. • Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule sold jobs in Service Titan promptly. • Review calls to confirm that necessary pictures, install checklists, scope summaries, and install videos are uploaded before scheduling. Follow up with technicians as needed. • Regularly check in with lead installers to track job progress and estimated completion times. • Communication and Customer Service: • Respond promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Proactively address potential issues to prevent escalation, providing solutions before they become major problems. • Follow up with customers post-job completion to provide five-star service, reinforce value, and request online reviews. • Collect outstanding payments that were not secured on-site during the installation. Quality Control and On-Site Support: • Conduct job site visits to assess work quality and address any needs of the install crew or customer. • Provide necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and other resources to installation teams. Leak Detection Technician/Plumbing Specialist

American Leak Detection is looking for a highly motivated and career-minded person to join our team as a Field Technician. This is a fast-paced position and we are looking for someone who is searching for long-term employment. Great candidates will be mechanically inclined, comfortable with learning and using new technology and capable of working both inside and outside in all weather conditions. This position requires intermittent and often heavy physical labor. We provide paid training, all the tools needed to perform your job duties and a company vehicle for business use.
