The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage • Install, maintain, and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems • Troubleshoot and repair water and gas lines • Provide clear explanations of issues and repair solutions to customers • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on jobs • Respond to emergency service calls as needed • Keep tools and company vehicle clean and well-maintained Qualifications: • Valid plumber’s license/ journeyman license (as required by state/local regulations) • 5+ years of experience in service and repair plumbing preferred • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices • Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment effectively • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Customer-focused with a professional attitude • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions (e.g., confined spaces, outdoors, attics, basements) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.21 - $40.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Ability to Commute: • Santa Maria, CA 93454 (Required) Work Location: In person
