Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. • Drive sales growth and achieve sales quotas. Manage truck sales performance metrics. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks. • Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and requirements. • Assemble, weld, and connect pipes, fittings, and fixtures as needed. • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Teach families findings and advise on best solutions. • Perform basic math calculations to determine measurements and material requirements. • Collaborate with Master Plumber to ensure plumbing installations meet project specifications and budget. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. • Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished. • Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. • Invested in excellent customer service and ensuring clients are 100% satisfied with all work. Minimum Requirements • Clean driving record, must be insurable as position requires driving in the field and go on daily plumbing repair and installation jobs • 5 years + proven experience in field residential plumbing • Good oral and written communication, must be comfortable teaching families about risks and solutions • Knowledge of all facets or residential plumbing and repair, and commercial knowledge is a plus • Ability to lead by example in all facets of plumbing, including knowledge of plumbing, ability to price projects • Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in plumbing tasks • Good time management and organization to ensure trucks are loaded with supplies prepped and proper tools • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Basic math skills for pricing, measurements and calculations related to plumbing work • Willingness and openness for continuous improvement If you are a motivated individual with a passion for plumbing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
