Description: Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a state-wide service provider specializing in skilled trade services. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for performing commercial plumbing repairs and service without the stress of selling plumbing jobs. Work schedules options are Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. The position provides a two-week training period with a three-month probationary phase. Technicians will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card and have the flexibility to begin their service routes from home or the regional shop location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair. Department Summary Facilities Management and Development (FMD), a unit within the Administration and Finance Division (AFD), is responsible for the planning, design, construction, operations, maintenance, and repair of university facilities, grounds, and infrastructure. FMD consists of four critical and interdependent support departments, including Customer & Business Services; Energy, Utilities, & Sustainability; Facilities Planning & Capital Projects (FPCP); and Facilities Operations.
