About the position Responsibilities • Previous experience working with dispatch/service software for completing jobs, notes, uploading photos, time tracking, etc. • Inspect all plumbing systems to identify preventive maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities that will benefit the customer. • Perform duties efficiently and maintain the vehicle in a clean and safe manner. • Prepare and clean the job site/work area. • Load and unload materials and equipment. • Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus. • Operate and tend machinery. • Follow instructions from supervisors. • Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties. • Meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 100 pounds, etc.). • Demonstrate good hand-eye coordination. • Commit to safety rules. • Provide quality customer service. • Exhibit fantastic organizational and time management skills. • Show strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Maintain meticulous attention to detail. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience (preferred) • Experience as a journeyman plumber. • Own hand tools (big equipment is provided). • Knowledge of California Plumbing Code. • Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Able to lift heavy loads and occasionally work in tight spaces. • Rotational on-call duty. • Have a clean, neat appearance.
