Responsible for flooring repairs including VCT, Quarry, LVT, carpet squares, porcelain, epoxy and concrete. Working knowledge of low voltage electric, mechanical concepts to make repairs to prep equipment and generalized maintenance requests. Completing accurate service tickets, providing receipts and reporting daily time within Verisae, our work order management system, Google and utilizing a Chrome book is required.
