Plumber/Gas Fitter

Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Plumber. This person will perform skilled work related to replacement, corrective, preventive maintenance, repairs, restorations and installation of mechanical equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and related systems. Our ideal candidate will have four years of practical experience in the mechanical and plumbing profession related to plumbing and HVAC. Also, the candidate must possess a valid State of New Hampshire Master Plumbing License and State of New Hampshire Fuel Gas Fitters License with STN/STP endorsement. This is a full-time, 40-hour work week, position. Eligible for OT A Valid Driver's License is Required. A journeyman is expected to install with efficiency and accuracy. They must be able to communicate any needs they may have before it hinders work progress.
