About Us: Unity Heat Pumps is an intention HVAC company that currently installs ductless mini-splits and heat pump water heaters, and we’re about to begin installing high-temperature air-to-water heat pumps to retrofit existing baseboard radiator and cast iron radiator boiler systems. Job Description: We’re looking for a licensed New Hampshire (other states could work too with a reciprocal licensing process) Master Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in plumbing for heating systems and is excited about working with eco-friendly, innovative technology. You’ll be involved in all installations, including heat pump water heaters and ductless mini-splits, and soon, hydronic systems using air-to-water heat pumps. Responsibilities: • Install and maintain plumbing systems for heat pump water heaters and ductless mini-split systems • Support upcoming installations of air-to-water heat pumps retrofitting existing boiler systems • Ensure all work is up to code and completed with high quality • Troubleshoot issues with heat pump systems, and make necessary repairs • Collaborate with technicians and office staff to deliver a seamless customer experience • Supervise and mentor junior installers or apprentices Requirements: • Licensed Master Plumber in New Hampshire (Required) • Experience with residential plumbing systems • Knowledge of or interest in heat pump technology • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and professionalism with clients • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with ductless mini-split systems • Familiarity with hydronic heating or boiler retrofits • EPA Certification (a plus but not required) Compensation & Benefits: • Pay based on experience and skill • Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven company • Flexible work schedule and supportive environment • Tools and equipment provides • Paid training on heat pump technologies • Monthly wellness stipend (doubles if you use it towards root issue healing) To Apply: Submit your resume and a brief message on why you’re a good fit for this role.
