As a Live Free Plumber your responsibilities will include: • Customer Satisfaction (this always comes first!): Provide clear explanations and educate customers about their plumbing systems, offering preventive maintenance tips and energy-saving recommendations. • Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, recommending appropriate solutions and discussing options with customers. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, products, or maintenance plans to customers during service visits. • Achieving a best-in-class first-time fix rate by accurately diagnosing issues, arriving fully prepared with necessary tools and parts, and effectively completing repairs during the initial service call. • Responding to service requests within Live Free’s defined time frame. Timely response ensures customer comfort and builds trust. • Keeping track of service vehicle inventory and parts stock, ensuring accuracy and minimizing unnecessary expenses due to missing or overstocked items. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, work performed, and parts used in the Service Titan platform. • Collaborating effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as needed. Journeyman Plumber

Journeyman Plumber Location: Concord, NH We are seeking Plumber(s) to join our team in New Hampshire! The selected individuals work on large commercial projects, both new and existing. Projects include hospitals, institutions and multi-residential communities. What You’ll Do: • Installing, repairing, and maintaining water, gas, and other piping systems in commercial buildings, including offices, schools, and hospitals. • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required. • Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring). • Collaborating with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. • Responding to, diagnosing, and resolving plumbing emergencies. • Performing routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. • Testing pipes by filling them with water or air and reading gauges to determine whether the system is working accurately. • Writing a report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken. • Assisting customers directly with their plumbing repair. • Troubleshooting plumbing issues to correct mechanical failure. • Ensuring plumbing issues are resolved. • Maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on plumbing. · What We’re Looking For: • 3-5 years’ experience in the plumbing field • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. · Valid New Hampshire Journeyman license and have completed an apprenticeship program.
