Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Perform construction plumbing tasks on various job sites, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. • Conduct pipe threading and assembly for different types of piping materials. • Collaborate with other trades on construction sites, including carpentry and HVAC professionals. • Execute heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. • Provide maintenance person services as needed during remodeling projects or repairs. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. • Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. • Experience in pipe threading and assembly processes is preferred. • Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
