What You’ll Do Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service work — repairs, installs, diagnostics, and maintenance • Diagnose issues and communicate clearly with customers about solutions and pricing • Use ServiceTitan for job management, dispatch, drafting estimates, invoicing, and updates • Collaborate with ownership to develop service processes and best practices • Provide technical input on tools, equipment, and material decisions • Maintain clean, safe, and code-compliant work environments • Represent bluefrog with professionalism, reliability, and pride • Contribute to our growing culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Expectation of 35-45 hours a week What Makes This Role Unique • You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality and standards of a new and growing company. • We’ll support your long-term career goals, including opportunities to grow your skills, advance within the company, and earn your P-1 license. • Your ideas, feedback, and experience matter here. • No late-night emergencies or weekend call rotations — we respect your time. • Early hires will help shape field standards, processes, and team culture as we grow. Compensation & Benefits Our compensation model is transparent and designed to reward quality and performance. • Compensation: In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will receive base pay of $50/hour plus the potential for additional sales and performance-based compensation. This model rewards performance and productivity without any commission games or pay caps. Most plumbers can expect to earn $2,000–$4,000 per week, depending on workload and efficiency. • Signing Bonus: $2,500 signing bonus provided. P1/P2 Plumber

P1/P2 Plumber Norwalk, CT Salary: $28-$40 DOE ++ Bonus Pay & Commission We are looking for an experienced plumber who has a thorough knowledge of hydraulic systems. Able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. Efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing pipes, hot water, and boiler systems. Also needs to be able to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. Responsibilities: • Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems. • Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). • Install and maintain water supply systems. • Locate and repair issues with water sully lines (e.g. leaks) • Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. • Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc. • Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air conditioning units, radiators, etc.) • Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems. Skills: • Proven experience as a plumber. • Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. • Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances. • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Friendly with a great deal of patience. • Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces. • Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship. • Valid license to practice profession.
