About the Role A great opportunity at Degree Heating & Cooling for a licensed Plumber to help us develop our plumbing department, a ground floor opportunity with a bonus compensation plan. As our first Plumber, you will work directly with our general manager to establish and grow our plumbing department. You will help us recruit future Plumbers, run sales calls, price work, and assist in managing and building our full-service and fully-staffed plumbing department. This is an amazing opportunity to have complete department ownership within a well established and respected HVAC business. Management experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time role that will report into the company's General Manager and be based out of our growing Glastonbury, CT office.
