Plumber Foreman

Job Title: Plumber Foreman Job Description We are seeking a licensed Plumber Foreman to join our team on a year-long project involving the construction of two multi-family residential apartment buildings. The project includes 100 units in the first building and 200 units in the second. As part of a 14-person crew, the foreman will assist with roughing, installation of PVC storm lines, PEX tubing, fixtures, and more. Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of plumbers on site. • Assist with roughing and installation of plumbing systems, including PVC storm lines and PEX tubing. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. • Coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary. Essential Skills • Expertise in plumbing techniques and installation. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. • Experience with PVC and PEX tubing. • Strong leadership and team management skills.
