Construction Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will track project progress, manage job costs, prepare and review invoices, handle payables, and ensure that all projects stay on track and within budget. Additionally, this role will support office operations, including tracking monthly and quarterly reports. Key Responsibilities: • Track and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. • Monitor and manage job costs, prepare and review invoices, and handle payables to ensure financial accuracy. • Provide administrative support in the office, including tracking monthly and quarterly reports and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Sage Contractor 100 is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. • Familiarity with AIA payment applications is a strong plus.
