As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US - Manage a construction crew to meet scheduling goals and exceed client expectations while ensuring appropriate and professional communication between Crew Members, Management, and Subcontractors. - Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards. -Lead the onsite crew to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets - Manage receivership, storage, and protection of materials and ensure a clean organized and professional presentation of work sites. - Support the crew with professional development -Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture. - 75% hands on work with 25% admin tasks on a daily basis will be expected in this position Skills: - Previous residential and light commercial construction experience and knowledge in remodel and new build - Safety first mentality - Reliable transportation with valid Driver's License - Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements - Ability to lead and manage crew and subcontractors This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about leading a team towards success.
