Storee Construction is hiring Construction Laborers to support industrial and commercial projects within 50 miles of Springfield, MO. As leading experts in the field, we're looking for dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn Construction Laborers wanting to grow with us! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend or overtime availability. Sunday work qualifies for double-time pay! Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Perform manual labor tasks, including site cleanup, operation of heavy equipment, and power/hand tools. • Assist with welding, concrete work, and other construction-related duties. • Follow all safety policies, including Storee’s safety standards, OSHA requirements, and client-specific safety protocols. • Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold. • Lift and carry up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, balancing, and reaching. • Take direction, apply training, and work collaboratively with the team. Education/Experience/Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Prior construction or skilled labor experience is a plus, but not required. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills. • *Storee Construction conducts pre-employment drug screens.
