Storee Construction is hiring Construction Laborers to support industrial and commercial projects within 50 miles of Springfield, MO. Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Perform manual labor tasks, including site cleanup, operation of heavy equipment, and power/hand tools. • Assist with welding, concrete work, and other construction-related duties. • Follow all safety policies, including Storee’s safety standards, OSHA requirements, and client-specific safety protocols. • Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold. • Lift and carry up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing, balancing, and reaching. • Take direction, apply training, and work collaboratively with the team. Education/Experience/Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Prior construction or skilled labor experience is a plus, but not required. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills. • *Storee Construction conducts pre-employment drug screens.
