We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage key infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Job Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field staff, to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental guidelines. • Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication. • Prepare and present project reports, cost estimates, and financial analyses to senior management. • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor necessary for project completion. • Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and project close-out procedures. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management. • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). • Proven track record of managing heavy civil infrastructure projects, such as highways, bridges, and site developments. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and risk management practices. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
