Construction Project Manager- Masonry

Job Opening: Project Manager – Masonry Construction Location: Springdale, AR Industry: Construction – Masonry Overview We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in masonry construction to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple construction projects. This role is pivotal to ensuring our masonry projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above quality expectations. The Project Manager will provide both technical and administrative leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and clients. From contract negotiation and crew management to quality control and daily reporting, you will be responsible for the full project life cycle. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate all phases of masonry construction projects from preconstruction to closeout • Develop comprehensive scopes of work, project specifications, and construction schedules • Issue RFIs, review ITBs, and assist with bidding, budgeting, and contract negotiations • Manage field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials to meet schedule and performance goals • Ensure adherence to plans, specs, codes, safety, and quality standards • Monitor and report project progress, productivity, and cost tracking with daily and weekly updates • Resolve project issues, maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors • Plan logistics, forecast material needs, and coordinate deliveries • Enforce compliance with project requirements and deliverables • Conduct daily site visits to ensure consistent execution and quality of work • Perform other duties as needed to support project success Required Skills & Abilities: • Advanced knowledge of construction and masonry-specific practices • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore, STACK, BEAM) • Strong ability to read, interpret, and enforce blueprints and construction documents • Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and team coordination • Strong leadership and crew management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sharp problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities • Familiarity with construction regulations, safety protocols, and best practices • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry (preferably masonry, carpentry, or civil) • Demonstrated success managing budgets, construction sites, and project teams • Experience with risk management, procurement, and material logistics • High school diploma required; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred • OSHA 30 certification and PMP or equivalent credentials a plus Why Join Us?
