Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Oversee framing, drywall, doors/windows, flooring, and general carpentry tasks. Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Ensure job site safety and compliance with OSHA and company regulations. Maintain tools and manage materials on site. Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors. Train entry-level carpenters and contribute to team development. Qualifications Prior experience in commercial construction carpentry is required. Must provide their own basic tools. Proven ability to lead or mentor a small crew is preferred. Blueprint reading and layout skills. Familiarity with construction technology (tablets, apps, digital plans) is a plus. Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and team collaboration. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be willing to travel.
