SUMMARY OF POSITION Kinsley is seeking a qualified Concrete Foreman to join our growing Industrial team, based out of the Hagerstown, MD Office. The Concrete Foreman is responsible for directing and coordinating activity associated with the construction of the project and must have the ability to lead by example, motivate crew members, and efficiently manage the job. An ideal candidate should possess a solid background in the field with all aspects of concrete construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to delegate direct work to others and make quick and accurate decisions. This position is considered a "Working Foreman" position which involves working alongside crews to assist in completing the projects as required.
