Construction - Skilled Laborer

Jones Construction & Supply, INC is seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to join our team in Ebensburg, PA. As a Skilled Laborer, you will support a variety of construction projects by performing manual labor tasks on job sites throughout the region and any kind of weather. The ideal candidate will have experience in general construction, a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform physical labor tasks at construction sites including site preparation, demolition, material handling and clean-up. • Operate hand and power tools, as well as small equipment. • Assist other carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople as needed. • Load and unload building materials and tools. • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. • Maintain a clean and organized job site. • Travel to and from various job sites from the company’s office in Ebensburg. Requirements: • Valid driver's license. • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and heights. • Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites. • Previous construction or skilled labor experience preferred. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. • Strong attention to detail and safety. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
