We are searching for seasoned Superintendents with proven experience managing large commercial projects of $25 million and larger. Ideal candidates will have broad knowledge in all aspects of commercial construction, including site layout, concrete foundations and wall forming systems, cranes, MEPs, carpentry, building codes, inspection and testing requirements, and storm water management requirements. Duties and Responsibilities • Scheduling manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution. • Management of subcontractor labor by overseeing performance, coordinating assignments, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. • Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to support ongoing project activities. • Coordinate meetings with project teams and perform quality control inspections to maintain high standards. • Participate in the submittal, RFI, change order, and shop drawing review processes. • Travel between job sites as needed throughout Central PA. Laborer duties may include unloading & loading materials; aligning, securing and layout of guide rail material; traffic control duties; and other various tasks.
