TradeWorX Job Description: • Install exterior and interior trim and casing. • Experience laying out and assembling metal or wooden studs. Hanging and finishing drywall. • Installing suspended ceilings, roofs, floors to specifications of the project. • Ability to fit and install cabinets, windows frames, door frames, doors, and associated hardware. • General maintenance including inspection and repair work including not limited to (woodwork, ceiling grid, tile, flooring, exterior siding, sofit, facia, wall coverings, window, and door) for renovations. • Other carpentry duties as required. Must Haves: • Commercial and residential carpentry experience • Able to read blueprints and schematics. • Able to work with other carpenters on the jobsite and effectively communicate to complete assignments. • General carpentry hand tools and knowledge of power tools associated with the trade. • Ability to cut, measure, fit material as needed.
