Job Summary Performs many tasks involving physical labor. Responsible for keeping crew members supplied with materials, tools, etc. Responsible for general site clean-up. Salina, KS Concrete Laborer/Carpenter/Finisher

Description We're looking for experienced Concrete Laborers/Carpenters/Finishers to join our team! Walters-Morgan Construction is based out of Manhattan, Kansas and we have active projects located throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • 4 years experience in field construction is (preferred). • Construction & installation experience in some or all of the following areas: • Hand-set forms, gang forms, round and square structures, foundations, walls, slabs, columns, sidewalks, elevated decks, and more. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work within crews with 4-8 people. • Must have a safety mindset and a good understanding of construction safety standards. • The ideal candidate will understand that the entire project will not just be pouring concrete, and will also do other tasks as necessary to help push the project towards completion.
